If you would like to make changes to your order, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery timing.  We will do our best to accommodate your request - though we’d really appreciate it if you’d be able to give as much notice time as  possible.   

SgHotmart reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee up to the cost of items ordered in the event that we are only notified after your items have been  picked and are ready for delivery.  

Once you've signed up, you can click on My Account at the top of the home page. Here, you can edit your account information. If you are still having issues, please feel free to contact us via email at enqiry@sghotmart.com .
